Seconded. I couldn't even get a salesdroid to pay attention to me at the Solomon Pond Verizon store, so I fondled the phones, picked out the one I liked best, went home, and ordered it online. And in a surprising twist, Verizon Wireless' phone support is 1000% better than anyone I've seen in person.
