Nov. 6th, 2003 11:21 pmOne problem with exercising every day is that it is sometimes difficult to determine which activities caused which muscles to be sore. The muscles in my mid-back are tight and sore, and one glutious maximus (left side) is sore. Is this because of the time spent on the rowing machine this morning? Or the time spent on Sunday, crouched on top of a garden shed, energetically ripping the roof off?
