dream report
Jan. 4th, 2004 10:24 amMany vivid dreams, but this is the only one I can recall with enough coherence to report.
I'm walking on a sidewalk in a small town in New Hampshire. The sidewalk is very very broad, and crowded with people. I push through a line of people. Then I notice that I'm surrounded entirely by people wearing dark blue clothes. They are Kerry supporters. They have spread out the occupy as much of the sidewalk as possible as Kerry turf. John Kerry himself is in the middle, facing the street, giving a speech. I decide to try chanting my message to these people, to try to get through to them. I start chanting Democrats stand together! Anybody But Bush! Democrats stand together! But no matter how much force I put into chanting as loud as possible, my voice comes out as a little squeak, not louder than a whisper.
