letter-writing addendum
Sep. 27th, 2004 08:46 pmI should mention, if you haven't made it to a letter-writing party and want to write letters-- or if you have made it, but have it within yourself to write more-- I'll pass on some addresses, links for stuff to download and print and sample letters, and maybe a bit of advice. Not that I have any earth-shaking insights. Or you can go direct to themmob.com and get yourself set up on your own. It's less convenient to do it on your own ONLY because the voter registration form really should be copied double-sided, which I can do in bulk at the office. If you get fresh addresses from themmob.com they have switched focus to under-voting registered voters (because the registration deadlines are so close, if not passed, everywhere) so the double-sided copying issue may be moot.
More fun to get together and write letters socially, I think, but that doesn't seem to be working out for everyone.
