random stuff

Sweetie got a new job, yay! Actually, he got 2 job offers, one on top of another. Yay for knowing people, both job offers were results of friends at these companies pulling for him. Thus he had the difficult, but enviable, task of choosing one and turning down the other. May this new job not develop an infestation of boneheads like the last one.

He's a "gentleman of leisure" this week (as perspicuity put it) so I put him to work putting up a fence around the garden. Hope this foils those darn woodchucks. Much planting to do once that's up. The hard manual labor part is done, but we haven't figured out how we will build an entryway.
