rather sore
Jan. 10th, 2011 07:04 amLast night I was wearing socks and walking down the stairs (a bad combination) and, on the bottom step, my feet slipped out from under me. Oof! I came crashing down, with the edge of the bottom step catching my left hip back-side. Not permanently injured, apparently, but rather sore now.
So is this a valid excuse to put off going to tennis class? It's not a very active class. But anything involving a tennis ball involves some moving around on your feet to try to get to it, which kind of hurts right now. Oh yeah, I guess one is supposed to rest an injury, right?
Well, if I go to work today, I can get all my work done for the week early, thus enhancing the chance that I can make it to Cardio Tennis on Friday.
