Remembered the existence of those pre-mixed pre-chopped salads in baggies that they now have in grocery stores, so ok, we can do salad at campsite. Sweetie says that cooking rice on his coleman stove is as easy as cooking rice at home, so ok, burritos will work too.

Stir-fry is not going to work so well. We don't have enough burners on the camp stove to do a vegetarian stir-fry, a non-veg stir-fry, and rice. Hmm. Maybe supplement the vegetable stir fry with sausages cooked over the fire for those who feel they will keel over without animal protein. Sort of clashing food themes, but easy.

remember all that camping gear spread around my living room that I was inventorying? I have two campstoves to choose from. as it's car camping, I'll pack along the bulkier but easier to use one so that we'll have an extra burner.

Anything else that I should bring to make things easier?
