I am sitting on the grass outside Sophia's school. It's a lovely spring day. Yay spring!

I have done and sent the paperwork for becoming an official degree candidate for the master's degree thrugh Harvard Extension. I had been procrastinating this for years. Yay attack of non-perfectionism just-get-it-doneness!

Sophia is taking a "class" on composting and vermiculture. She has a truly geeky interest in worms, and is just transported with joy by this class, in spite of the element of stink involved. Yay geeky kids!
