chhotiiThe plan is to have a yard sale this weekend. I've been scheduling it as "Saturday, June 14 (with rain date of Sunday, June 15)".
I don't know how accurate weather forecasting is this far out. Currently the forecast shows 33% chance of rain at 11:00 on Saturday, 0% chance of rain all day on Sunday. Based on this, Sunday would be a much better day. But this could change. I wish they would put confidence intervals on weather forecasts.
I'm being urged to post the yard sale announcement to mailing lists already. People need a lot of lead time it you're going to expect people to show up anywhere. But I don't want to spam the mailing list by posting, and then posting revisions.
I also don't have the list of stuff. As it turns out, I'm not going to the house today. Having mentally separated myself from everything in the huge pile of stuff destined for the yard sale, I'm having trouble calling it to mind.
Should I post a lame yard-sale announcement to mailing lists now, and post revisions later? Or wait until I have the info?
