chhotiiThis evening I'm going to the reception for the exhibit of Susan's work which is now on show at UMass Boston.
This afternoon at work we have a meeting in which my boss is going to explain the Big New Project that might give me more work hours. (Yay more money; boo less time for me to do everything else???) Our meeting might run late, because both the conference room and my boss are going to be occupied by the Psychiatry Department meeting that starts only 45 minutes before our meeting is supposed to start. Argh. Hopefully things don't go too late, because then I have to get home and get the car, pick up Sophia, and drive to UMass Boston. (If I didn't have Sophia in tow I would explore the possibility of public transit; as it is that would be too stressful/complicated/time-consuming.) I have never driven to the UMass Boston campus before. I don't think I've ever been on the UMass Boston campus before, although I have been in the area-- It's very near Boston College High School, although when I was there, I wasn't the one driving. According to Google Maps, the official address of everything on the UMass Boston campus is "100 Morrissey Blvd, Boston". Morrissey Blvd doesn't go through the UMass Boston campus. That address appears to be the point on Morrissey Blvd where one turns off onto University Drive. Hopefully the turn-off Morrissey Blvd will be obvious. There are parking lots on campus. I'm thinking the parking lots won't be too full in the evening; probably most classes are doing the day, so the students will have cleared out by the time I get there.
