+ I made and brought brownies with lots and lots of pecans.
+ Weather did not suck as much as forecast; we managed to, uh, "appreciate" the backyard pool.
+ I wore my outrageously skimpy red bikini!
+ Useful conversations, on the topics of the intersection of politics and mental health, and emacs.
+ Confirmed ride to Baitcon for me and Vic, and other arrangements for some of our camping gear.
+ Vic had enough of a good time to stay as long as I wanted to stay, which was a really long time.
