missing out on moving karma

So many people are moving and need help! Eek! gosling & ceo, drsnark, the fabulous drglam, and, of course, me & my Sweetie. Eek!

I feel guilty for not helping out. But, my usual way to carry a heavy box doesn't seem ergonomically appropriate at the moment.

Yeah, I'm going to show up on the theory that lifting things one-armed is still better than lifting nothing at all. :)

I assume this means your move is this weekend also?

And I'm not showing up because carrying things (say anything more than 5 or
10 pounds) on flat ground makes my foot hurt worse, and carrying anything on stairs isn't working because I need at least one and sometimes two hands on
the railing.
