Step 1: Take some measurements of one's weight and body fat percentage.
Step 2: Make some healthy lifestyle changes, increasing exercise and/or decreasing calorie intake.
Step 3: Take some more measurements to see how well the healthy lifestyle changes are working.
Did Step 1 months ago. Still waiting for the "round tuits" to accomplish Step 2...
OK, off to use the treadmill NOW.
