...when I predicted that starting daycare would go thusly: Sophia would go to daycare for ONE day; then she would catch a cold, and not be able to go to daycare; then my mom would catch the cold, and she wouldn't be able to keep Sophia either; then I would get the cold... weeks later, I would get to go to work again...

Nope, I was wrong, wrong to be so pessimistic! We actually had TWO days of daycare before all-nose-sniffle-hell broke loose.
