I just made the best stuffed peppers ever made. (OK, I realize that's a low bar to clear, but these were really good.)

Date: 2008-08-27 05:52 pm (UTC)I stuffed them with a mixture of crumbled cooked ground turkey (flavored with cumin, herbs, onion, garlic, and a bit of tomato), brown rice, and a few peas. No need for an egg to hold it together: stuffing into the pepper does that. OK, so it does kinda fall apart during eating, when you cut into the pepper, but I didn't care about that.
