The Cyborg, I mean Sodexho, management of the cafeteria likes to come up with really lyrical descriptions of all the menu items. Somehow, someone failed to work into the flowery description of the lentil soup, any mention of it containing any meat.

Those little scraps there? They are meat. I'm sure of it. Hard to identify; something like ham, I think. Personally I don't mind eating the small amount of mystery meat, but I think plenty of people would be really displeased with this discovery.

Ironic, to find this in an institution which has historically catered to the Jewish community? Not that they ever had any pretense of being vaguely Kosher in the cafeteria.

at corporate cafeteria i patronized for a while, they once had "vegetarian vegetable soup" that had meat in it. i'm not sure how thin you have to slice meat before it becomes a vegetable.
