fair season!

I think Sophia and I will go to Topsfield Fair next Friday, the 9th. Sophia has off school, but unlike the following Monday, the 12th, it isn't a real holiday, so hopefully it won't be quite as crowded. But admission will at the holiday rate on the 9th ($12 instead of $10) for some reason.

The address for Topsfield Fair, for some strange reason, isn't on the fair website. Typical New England thing, assuming everyone who ought to come already knows how to get there, I guess. (Or do you immediately see signs for the fair as soon as you drive into Topsfield FROM ANY DIRECTION?) I found the address on the Boston Globe's website: 207 Boston St., Topsfield, MA.

Anyone else interested?

Take Exit 50 off I-95, go north on Rte. 1 and it's a mile or two up on the left.

Benjamin has school that day, so he can't make it, sadly.
