procrastination
Feb. 17th, 2003 12:19 pmI really need to start taking a stab at doing my taxes. Major components of the process:
* Organize relevant paperwork, 45 minutes. Done.
* Buy this year's tax software, 45 minutes.
* Install tax software, 10 minutes.
* Find out that yet again I need an answer to the question, "Is your spouse itemizing deductions?", 2 minutes.
* Hassle said spouse into answering this simple question, 6 to 8 weeks.
* Do, review, print and mail tax returns, 1 hour.
It's too snowy to want to drive to Microcenter and buy TurboTax, and it doesn't appear that you can download it on-line. Bleh.
