Today's little announcement from my workplace's
exercise room reads as follows, in Mail.app:

Gee, how WONDERFULLY helpful.
Of course, most such messages can simply be
ignored. They are generally junk mail. But why
does IS allow people to run the risk of spreading
macro viruses just for the sake of entertaining
junk mail?
