Feb. 27th, 2003 09:38 pmUsing whole milk for the paneer is yielding much better results, I think. Each gallon curdled up good and had produced a nice big ball of cheese. Paneer now hanging up to drip overnight. I hope it turns out stiffer this time; the soft paneer was tasty, but hard to work with.
Chicken is soaking in a quite spicy marinade.
Other things, which I don't think would be suitable to start the day before: rice pulao, channa masala, aloo paratha, raita.
But I should at least look up how to make desert?
